Ellen oversees company operations as Vice-President, Product Development and
Project Management Services. Her experience includes:

Over 25 years in medical device industry R&D –
start-up companies to major corporations, including Baxter, US Surgical
and Boston Scientific.

Helped develop and introduce 12 new products and 11
issued patents.

Led a team of designers and industry leading
component suppliers to reduce cardiac implant IP to practice, and while
doing so also expanded the IP coverage. Client successfully licensed IP
to market leader.

Provided project management, training and mentoring
that enabled a client to get their projects back on track.
