growth and cost reduction opportunities

physicians and customers to develop key product requirements and
innovative design solutions for a wide variety of Class III implant and
disposable devices
- Directed high volume product transfers
and scale-ups between companies and manufacturing facilities throughout
the US and overseas on schedule and within budget
- Managed the due diligence process to
assess business models, product technologies, and operational
effectiveness as well as post execution integration activities
for numerous licensing & acquisition deals
