Determining whether a new product development effort had been delayed by inappropriate conduct.

Using project management expertise, thousands of project and company documents were reviewed to create a forensic project timeline, showing that the product development project proceeded in a timely fashion and without gaps.  Substantiated from external data that the client company’s competitors’ new product projects were even slower than the project at issue.
